Class 1

You can use this class to either implement nutrition to your practices or enhance the nutritional practice that you have.

We will cover the introduction to Applied Kinesiology– from it’s discover to it’s development. How AK can be a great tool to utilize in your practice. How AK helps the physician work within a holistic model and provide more dimensions to consider in your practice. You will learn to muscle test correctly and to quickly use the findings for clinical applications. You’ll have hands on workshops throughout the course. You won’t leave the session without knowing the basic feel of the muscle test.

You’ll learn how to use basic AK muscle testing to fix or provide greater function and pain reduction to any acute, chronic or past sprain/strain. You will learn the tools to evaluate and provide the best fix to the altered muscle function that was the body’s compensation to the physical trauma of the sprain/strain.

You’ll learn how to use AK protocols and muscle testing to enhance your existing diagnostics of spinal faults and enhance palpation findings with best vector of correction. These AK procedures can add further confirmation to your palpatory and motion palpation findings in real time and real fast.

Applied Kinesiology is a system of using muscle testing as an adjunct clinical diagnostic and is not a stand alone form of diagnosis. Applied kinesiology is not a form of treatment but a diagnostic tool to find what your patient needs at that time when they are being cared for by you. It has taken treatments from many fields of study to see what applies best to your patient in front of you. Nutrition is a significant form of treatment that will be taught throughout the course. Dietary recommendations and supplemental protocols will be taught throughout. You will dig it!

In a nutshell this first class will go over the history and foundation of AK. Specific muscle testing of the SCM, Upper Trapezius, Deltoid, Pectoralis Major Clavicular, Pectoralis Major Sternal, Latissimus Dorsi, Psoas, Iliacus, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Gluteus Maximus, Gluteus Medius, and Piriformis. Diagnostics to subluxations and their vectors of correction. Finding and correcting past injuries such as sports injuries and chronic injuries. How to use muscle testing to enhance a functional approach to care.  Whole food nutrition approach to healthcare, physical traumas and functional medicine applications.
